This horizontal Collector-size fossil mural was quarried from our "Fossil Lake Classic" stone layer. The stone has bold texturing and a variety of beige colors. The fossils include a rare 23" Notogoneus osculus,  an 18-1/2" Diplomystus dentatus, a 5-1/4" Cockerellites liops, and 4- Knightia eocaena in sizes between 4-1/2" and 7. The mural is supplied backed in wood and framed with a hand-made Wenge wood frame. A two-part French cleat has been added to the back for easy hanging. The mural was unearthed from the Green River Stone quarry, part of the Green River Formation of Southwestern Wyoming USA.  The fossils date to the Early Eocene, 50 million years old.
