This Accent sized fossil mural was quarried from the Green River Formation of southwestern Wyoming. It contains original 50 million-year-old fossils. The fossils include a large and two small Diplomystus dentatus. Diplomystus, a now-extinct fish was a distinctive-looking top-feeding fish in the Herring-like family. Their origins date back over 100 million years. The mural also contains a small Cockerellites liops. The mural is backed in wood with a hand-made Wenge wood frame. A two-part French cleat is attached to the back for easy hanging.
