Description: This large Accent- sized fossil mural was quarried from our Fossil Lake stone layer. It contains an 18" Diplomystus dentatus, a 5-1/4" Cockerellites liops, and three Knightia eocaena in sizes between 5" and 6-1/2'. The stone offers unique raindrop-like markings and bold textures. The age of the fossils is 50 million years old.

This oversized Accent-sized fossil mural features a large Diplomystus dentatus, a Cockerellites liops, and three Knightia eocaena, arranged in multidirectional composition. These 50-million-year-old fish are embedded in a richly colored limestone matrix with unique raindrop-like markings. The preservation and detail found in these fossil fish are exceptional. Collected from our private quarry in southwestern Wyoming.
The mural is finished with a handmade Wenge wood frame and backed with wood, featuring a built-in French cleat. This mural ships in a custom wood crate, fully insured against loss or damage. It arrives ready for immediate installation.
